Ordering, Shipping & Returns
If you need to return an item, please ensure it meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Please note, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Oxygen and respiratory equipment
- Bathroom and toileting aids
- Medical or consumable products
- Cushions, braces, or other hygiene-sensitive items

- Charge the battery regularly, ideally after each use and avoid letting it completely discharge.
- Store the scooter indoors or under cover to protect it from moisture and extreme temperatures.
- Clean the frame and controls with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust.
- Schedule periodic servicing to ensure electrical and mechanical parts are in good working order
