Returns & Refund

At Right Choice Mobility, we’re committed to treating every customer with respect, empathy and professionalism. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right with transparent communication and genuine care throughout the process.  

Change of Mind 

Due to the medical nature of many of our products, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for: 

  • Change of mind 
  • Incorrect product selection 
  • Price differences or sales found elsewhere 

Faulty or Damaged Products 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will assess and resolve the issue in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, providing a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate. 

Return Conditions 

Approved returns must meet the following: 

  • The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging 
  • Return is requested within 30 days of delivery 
  • A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable 

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for: 

  • Oxygen and respiratory equipment 
  • Bathroom and toileting aids 
  • Medical or consumable products 
  • Cushions, braces or other hygiene-sensitive items 

Our Commitment 

We will handle all returns fairly, promptly and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right, with care, transparency and professionalism.
