At Right Choice Mobility, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and safely across Australia. 

Delivery Address 

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your full physical address at checkout. If a PO Box is entered, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. 

Same-Day Dispatch 

Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST (Melbourne time) are eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to stock availability. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next business day. 

Dispatch Delays 

Same-day dispatch may not apply during: 

  • High-volume periods (e.g., EOFY, Christmas) 
  • Orders requiring clarification or confirmation 
  • Custom or high-care product orders 

Delivery Timeframes 

Delivery times vary depending on the location and courier. Delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. 

Liability 

Right Choice Mobility is not liable for courier delays or damage occurring after dispatch. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there are any discrepancies. 

Storage & Re-Delivery Fees 

If delivery is delayed due to a customer request or incorrect information, storage or re-delivery fees may be applicable.
