We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, Right Choice Mobility reserves the right to correct any errors, omissions or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice. 

Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if: 

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock 
  • An error in pricing or product description has occurred 
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity 

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded promptly. 

Pricing and Payments 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST except for shipping, and servicing . Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds 

Our products are supplied in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details on eligibility, processing and exclusions. 

Warranty 

A manufacturer’s warranty covers our products. This warranty does not supersede your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; however, it operates in addition to them. 

Limitation of Liability 

Right Choice Mobility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use, except as required by Australian law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
